This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted for our subscription plans and services. By using NestTrail, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for Subscription Plans

We provide a 14-day cooling-off period for all subscription plans, except for the free plan. During this period:

  • Users can cancel their subscription for any reason and request a full refund.
  • The cooling-off period begins on the date of purchase or subscription activation.

2. Free Trial Policy

  • All subscription plans are eligible for a 7-day free trial to allow users to explore the features of NestTrail before committing to a paid plan.
  • No charges will be made during the trial period, and users can cancel their subscription at any time before the trial ends without incurring any fees.
  • If the subscription is not canceled before the trial period ends, the chosen plan’s fees will be automatically charged.

3. Cancellation and Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period, users can cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Cancellation will prevent further charges, and users will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

4. Refunds for One-Time Services

No refunds will be provided for one-time services or add-ons purchased through NestTrail, including but not limited to:

  • Tour creation services.
  • 360° video shooting.
  • Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) video creation.
  • Interactive video production.

These services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work and the resources allocated to complete them.

5. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • The request pertains to a subscription plan and not a one-time service.
  • The user has adhered to the Terms of Use and did not violate any policies or misuse the platform.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Requests related to free trials or free plans.
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of the Terms of Use.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request through our live chat support or email us at [email protected].
  2. Include your account details, purchase details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. No Refunds for Downgrading Plans

If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan (e.g., from a premium plan to a standard plan), no refunds will be issued for the difference in subscription costs. The new plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

9. Exceptions and Special Cases

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected in your account.
  • The request violates the Terms of Use or this Refund Policy.
  • Excessive refund requests are made that indicate misuse of the platform.
