3. Account Registration

  • User Content: You retain ownership of any content (images, videos, 3D models, etc.) you upload or create using NestTrail. By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content as necessary for providing the service.
  • NestTrail Content: All platform designs, software, logos, trademarks, and features are the intellectual property of Spykra Technologies UK Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

6. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of NestTrail require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment details and ensure sufficient funds for transactions.
  • Authorize us to charge the subscription fee based on your chosen plan.
  • Acknowledge that failure to pay may result in limited access to premium features or suspension of your account.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. E-Commerce Features

NestTrail allows users to create virtual shops and manage e-commerce transactions. By using these features, you agree to:

  • Comply with all local, national, and international laws governing e-commerce and online sales.
  • Ensure that the products or services you list are lawful and meet the requirements of your jurisdiction.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
